Postural Break Video!

I am starting to get some questions from patients in regards to adjusting to a new normal.

Here is a video I made showing a postural break exercise EVERYONE should be doing. This will increase extension in your upper back which promotes better movement of surrounding structures as well as assisting patients with reversing that infamous "upper cross syndrome" we often hear about. Super simple, quick and will wake up your shoulder stabiliser muscles.
